Phoenix Yard will take the form of a hybrid planning application consisting of two phases which will maximise the potential of a brownfield site, delivering a mixed-use scheme with the potential to accommodate media, educational, commercial, retail, and residential space.
Ahead of submitting the hybrid planning application, we have been hearing the views of the local community on the proposals as part of our public consultation which closed on 31 March 2025.
